Commercial Property Lawyer – A Unique Opportunity to Grow with Our Client
We are working with our client to find a talented and ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer to join their firm at a pivotal moment in their journey. With a strong reputation and a growing team, they are looking for fresh energy to help shape the future of their firm – and that could be you!
Why Join Them?
Our client is a well-established firm with a strong presence in Hampshire and West Sussex, operating across two offices with a close-knit team of 50. This role offers the perfect blend of stability and opportunity – you’ll be stepping into an established practice with the autonomy to develop it further and make your mark.
They genuinely care about their team and understand that work-life balance is key. That’s why they offer a structured approach to flexible working: you’ll start with five days in the office to get to know the team and culture, then transition to a hybrid model (three days in-office, two from home).
What’s in It for You?
- Generous Bonus Structure – Three annual bonuses, including a fantastic ‘super bonus’ on top of additional April and October bonuses (1% and 2% of your annual salary respectively). A real, tangible reward for your hard work.
- Career Growth – With the department positioned as a growth area, this is a rare opportunity to take the reins and build something special within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
- Wellbeing & Culture – Our client takes employee wellbeing seriously. You’ll benefit from a dedicated wellbeing day, plus a Culture & Charity team organising social events and initiatives throughout the year.
- Competitive Package – Private health insurance after one year, a firmwide bonus scheme, and an individual performance bonus scheme, alongside a competitive salary.

- Qualifications & Experience:
- UK Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property law.
- Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant law, acquisitions, disposals, and commercial leases.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work proactively with clients.
