Job Title: Confined Space Standby Operative

Location: Starting in Blythe then nationwide.

Duration up to 6 Months 
 
We are seeking a Standby Operative to support blasting and pot operatives.
You will remain outside confined spaces, ensuring clear communication between the blaster and the pot Operative.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Stay on standby outside confined spaces, communicating between blasters and the Pot Operative.
• Assist with safety checks and respond to emergency situations when needed.
• Be flexible to travel between sites as work may vary.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in confined space operations is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to adapt to changing locations

Rates and Allowances:

• Basic: £15ph
• NS: £16.67ph
• OT1: £18.77ph
• OT2: £25.02ph 

Accommodation is booked and paid for by the client and a £30 food allowance is provided
