The Opportunity: 
 
Container Operations Team Leader!
 
This is your chance to step into a hands-on, fast moving role that will put you at the centre of Geest Line’s Container operations! 
 
From banana harvests in the Dominican Republic to port calls in St. Lucia and all the way to final delivery in Portsmouth, you’ll be part of it all! 
 
No two days will be the same..
You’ll be multi-tasking, problem solving and helping move thousands of containers with precision and speed.

As Container Operations Team Leader, you’ll lead a tight knit team managing Geest Line’s container fleet ensuring every shipment, East to West is covered and moving. 
 
You’ll work directly with leasing partners, manage fleet repairs and maintenance, monitor equipment on/off hire and optimise port flows. 
 
What you bring to the table.. 
 

• Strong fleet and asset management experience 
• Confident procurement & logistics background 
• Excellent co-ordination and multitasking skills 
• A proactive mindset- you take ownership, solve issues fast and bring fresh ideas to the table
