Diving Engineering Project Manager

SLR Recruitment are looking for Diving professionals looking for a step up in their career into a Diving Engineering Project Manager role in East Riding of Yorkshire! 
 
We’re looking for a Diving Professional with Managerial experience for a well established and renowned client based in the East Riding of Yorkshire on a permanent basis! 

�� East Riding of Yorkshire

�� Salary: £60K-£70K (depending on experience)

�� Start date: Ideally around early December or very early January to allow a 1 month handover from the current Diving Project Manager who is retiring.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full lifecycle of diving engineering projects — from first enquiry to final delivery
• Plan, resource, and oversee project execution to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time delivery
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project kick-offs
• Prepare quotations, budgets, and schedules with a sharp eye for detail
• Lead teams, coordinate contractors, and ensure all operations meet the highest safety and quality standards
• Draft and manage Diving Project Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments
• Proactively identify risks and drive continuous improvement across projects

 
What You’ll Bring

• Strong engineering background, ideally within diving civil or marine engineering
• Proven project management experience and confident & friendly communication skills
• Natural leadership with the ability to motivate teams and build strong client relationships
• Based in (or open to relocating to) the East Riding of Yorkshire
