SLR Recruitment are looking for an experienced Document Controller to support high-profile projects, initially based at our Tadley head office and then transitioning to a site in Burghfield.

Salary and Benefits

  • Up to £35,250 per annum (DOE) + benefits

  • Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (45-minute lunch break).

What You’ll Do

  • Manage document control processes, ensuring proper creation, control, and revision.
  • Produce reports and manage document release, tracking, and library organisation.
  • Support document numbering, metadata application, and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Provide assistance with technical documents, database management, and file transfers.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous document control experience and technical knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with data protection and copyright legislation, British Standards, and government regulations.

Security and Compliance

  • Open to sole British Nationals only due to security requirements.
  • Security clearance (minimum SC level) required; applicants can start while clearance is in progress.
