Marine Electrician – Southampton £23ph 

(Perm) | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

SLR Recruitment are looking for a Marine Electrician with experience in fault finding, maintenance, and installation. Ideal candidates will have a background in shipping or industrial environments and a valid driver’s licence (essential for travel between sites and potential call-outs).

Key Skills & Requirements:
 Electrical fitting, motor/generator overhauls
 Testing & inspection ticket (preferred)
 Able to work independently
 Occasional travel or working away may be required
 Full driving licence is a must

Contract Details:

• Temp (3 months): £23ph (flat)
• Perm: £18.60ph basic
  
  • OT1: £27.90 | OT2: £37.20
  • Optional call-out rota
  • Regular overtime available (50–60 hrs/month)
  • 8am–4pm, 37.5 hrs/week
  • 25 days holiday + training & benefits
