MMA Welders

SLR Recruitment are excited to be looking for MMA Welders for a large scale project in Devonport lasting up to 3 years! 
 
The role is working with a well established renowned Marine based client down in Devonport on a large ship build project with scope to last up to 3 years offering a fantastic opportunity for reliable ongoing work. 
 
The client is ideally looking for candidates who currently hold valid SC clearance, if not it can be obtained but must be eligible and willing to be put through the SC clearance process. 
 
Essential Requirements: 
 
– Weld test certificate valid within the past 12 months carried out on pipe in the required welding process as per BS EN ISO 9606 (stamped by independent third party)
-Experience within the Marine sector 
-Multi positional working: experienced in Overhead, Vertical, horizontal and down hand. 
-British Passport holder (due to clearance requirements)
 
Desirable:
 
 
-Evidence of eye test within past 18 months 
 
Pay Rates: 
 
Standard=                                               £34.50 per hour 
Weekday Overtime 1=                            £42.00 per hour 
Weekday Nightshift & Sunday Day=       £46.00 per hour 
Sunday Overtime & Sunday Nightshift=  £49.00 per hour
 
PAYE UMB
No digs allowance
