QC Inspector – Coatings

Overview:
We are seeking a qualified QC Inspector to ensure compliance with quality standards in coating applications, including primers, intermediate, and top coats. The role involves monitoring work, recommending improvements, and resolving quality issues.
Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test coatings according to project specifications and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Ensure materials are stored and handled correctly.
• Monitor applicator performance and equipment condition.
• Verify that coatings and surface preparation meet project standards.
• Conduct inspections post-curing and prepare daily progress reports.
• Liaise with clients and support internal audits.
• Proactively resolve non-compliance issues.

Requirements:

• NACE Level 2 or ICORR Level 1/2 certification.
• Previous coatings inspection experience on large projects.

Rates:

• Flat Rate: £27.10/hour
