They help customers solve their greatest power challenges through industry leading electrical, aerospace, hydraulic and vehicle products, and services.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a dedicated Quality Control team, inspiring performance and ensuring high standards.
• Act as the go-to expert for customers, solving issues with innovative solutions.
• Implement and maintain world-class Quality Management Systems.
• Drive problem-solving initiatives using tools like Six Sigma and 8D.
• Support new product launches, ensuring flawless quality from concept to delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• A confident leader with a strong background in quality assurance.
• Experience with quality systems like ISO9001, AS9100, or similar.
• Problem-solving pro with expertise in Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Someone who can lead with passion, drive collaboration, and deliver results.
