- Answer and direct customer calls with friendly, helpful service.
- Manage the sales inbox and handle customer purchase orders.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Update CRM with customer details and assist with admin tasks.
- Forward technical queries to the appropriate department.
- Check in with customers post-delivery for feedback.
