Multi-skilled Regional Carpenter

Regional Carpenter Multi – Wider Hampshire Area
 
Salary: £39,655 + benefits

Hours: Full-time, permanent
 
This local company provides high-quality construction, refurbishment, maintenance and facilities management services across the South of England. and are looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi to join their friendly regional team. 
 
This mobile role mainly covers Wider Hampshire, Horsham, Woking & Windsor, with occasional work in Southampton, Fareham, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. You’ll need to pass an Enhanced DBS check and Security Clearance.
 
The Role
You’ll carry out a variety of domestic and commercial carpentry and maintenance work, including:

• Fitting and repairing doors (including fire doors)
• First and second fix carpentry
• Kitchen installations and tiling (ceramic and carpet)
• Minor plumbing and decorating repairs

You’ll respond to reactive and planned maintenance jobs for local authorities, education sites, and commercial properties – from student accommodation to historic buildings.
 
What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry (or equivalent)
• 3+ years’ experience in building maintenance
• Skilled in at least two secondary trades
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong problem-solving skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
