Our company provides high-quality construction, refurbishment and building maintenance services across the South of England. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Plasterer to join our team in Woking, working on responsive repairs and void properties for Woking Borough Council.

Our company provides high-quality construction, refurbishment and building maintenance services across the South of England. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Plasterer to join our team in Woking, working on responsive repairs and void properties for Woking Borough Council.

What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out plastering repairs in occupied and empty properties
- Applying plaster, render and cement repairs
- Plasterboarding walls and ceilings, coving and cornice work
- Thermoboard installation and coating
- Artexing and non-licensed asbestos removal (full training provided)
- Keeping homes clean, tidy and protected while you work
- Using a PDA/phone to log jobs and updates
- Taking part in the out-of-hours call-out rota
- NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent)
- 2-5 years’ experience in social housing or building maintenance
- Confident working in tenants’ homes and with council representatives
- Well organised, self-motivated and safety-focused
- A team player with a problem-solving attitude
