We are looking for an enthusiastic Electrical Technician to join our busy team in the south of England. This permanent role is perfect for someone wanting to grow their career in a supportive and hands-on environment.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, including PAT, fixed wiring tests, emergency lighting, and fire alarm checks
- Maintain and service UPS and generators, including load testing
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, completing certification as required
- Support other trades to deliver safe, high-quality maintenance
- Respond to emergencies quickly and keep clients updated
- Follow Health & Safety rules, maintain tools and equipment, and keep accurate records
- Participate in out-of-hours work and call-out rota when needed
- 2-5 years’ experience in property maintenance
- City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Electrical Regulations knowledge
- NVQ 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- Full current driving licence
- DBS check before starting
- Desirable: PASMA / IPAF, working knowledge of mechanical systems, Legionella qualification
