This is a varied role covering reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and project work in both student accommodation and commercial buildings.

This is a varied role covering reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and project work in both student accommodation and commercial buildings.
What You’ll Do:
- Carry out plumbing repairs, servicing, and installations (including unvented systems)
- Work safely and efficiently across domestic and commercial sites
- Keep accurate records using a PDA
- Communicate clearly with the team and university staff
- Take part in the out-of-hours rota
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- 2–5 years’ experience in building maintenance
- Solid knowledge of plumbing systems and building materials
- A problem-solver with a professional and team-focused attitude
- Must pass an Enhanced DBS check
- Salary: £34,867
- 23 days holiday, sick pay, pension & life assurance
