Installation Technician – Naval Team

Our client is looking for multi-skilled Operatives to support the Installation Engineers for their Naval Team! 
 
The client provide specialist sealing solutions for cable and pipe entries. Their products help protect buildings/structures from water leaks, fire risks, and gas movement.
 
They offer a range of solutions all designed to meet safety standards and specific site needs.
They also support customers with training, installation guidance, and technical advice to ensure their systems are fitted and maintained correctly.
 
The Role
This job role is looking for candidates with yard/dockyard experience ideally and willing to learn new skills, to join the naval team to assist on projects in Naval Dockyards around the country – mainly South UK but not limited to, so you must be happy to travel and work away when required.
 
You will be expected to get stuck in and help with all aspects of general labouring whilst keeping the site clean and hazard free.
 
This job role will put you working closely with the engineers and give you an insight into the job they do which could possibly lead to future development and even a permanent position!

A start date will be arranged once Clearance has been completed and approved.
 
Required
A valid CSCS Card – official ticket must be seen
A valid UK Driving License – License Check must be seen
Must be able to pass BPSS Clearance to gain access to the Dockyards
British Passport
 
 
Rates
£15.00 per hour weekdays ( Monday to Friday, 10 hours a day)
£22.00 Weekend
 
Digs are included plus £22 a day subs
 
Hours
Roughly 10-11 hours a day
Start: 06:30
Finish:17:00
