We’re working with a well-established housing maintenance, facilities management, and construction business in the South that’s continuing to grow and invest in its Business Development team.
This role sits at the centre of the company’s growth plans, supporting bids and tenders across both Building Maintenance and Building Projects, while also contributing to marketing and internal communications.
What You’ll Be Doing

This role sits at the centre of the company’s growth plans, supporting bids and tenders across both Building Maintenance and Building Projects, while also contributing to marketing and internal communications.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Writing and coordinating bid and tender responses
- Working closely with operational and estimating teams to meet deadlines
- Managing bid schedules, trackers, and tender documentation
- Supporting tender administration and internal processes
- Maintaining website, social media, newsletters, and marketing content
- Ensuring all branded documentation meets company standards
- Experience in a bid writing or bid management role
- Strong written communication and organisational skills
- Confidence working with stakeholders across the business
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Strong IT skills (MS Office; Adobe InDesign / Photoshop or similar)
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Drupal) and design tools is essential
- GCSEs including English and Maths
- Degree in English, Marketing, or similar or equivalent experience
- Public-sector bidding experience within construction, housing maintenance, or FM is desirable
