Building Fabric Technician (Carpenter/Plumber Multi-Skilled)
 
Location: Horsham

Salary: £38,000 per year
 
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Building Fabric Technician to join our team in Horsham. If you have a background in Carpentry or Plumbing and enjoy working across a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, we’d love to hear from you.
 
What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance works
• Diagnosing and repairing building fabric faults
• Supporting other trades and engineering teams when required
• Completing health & safety documentation, risk assessments and maintenance records
• Responding to emergency call-outs and participating in the on-call rota
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry or Plumbing
• 2-5 years’ experience in a property maintenance environment
• Ability to carry out work in at least two additional trades
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• CSCS Card, PASMA and IPAF qualifications are desirable
• Successful DBS check required before employment
