Cabin Cleaner
Cabin Cleaner – Adhoc Work (Marine Environment)
SLR are pleased to be supporting our marine client during their busy project periods and are currently looking to recruit Cabin Cleaners local to Falmouth Dockyard to join the team on an adhoc basis.
This role is ideal for individuals who are flexible and available to support during peak operational periods.
Location: Falmouth Dockyard
Hours: 07:30 – 16:00
Rate (including holiday pay): £14.76 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Adhoc hours/days as required during busy project periods
Role Overview
As a Cabin Cleaner, you will support the on-site team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within marine cabins and associated areas during operational project work.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitising cabins, bathrooms and communal areas
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors and wiping surfaces
- Removing waste and replenishing consumables
- Cleaning windows, mirrors and high-touch points
- Following site health & safety procedures
- Supporting the team to ensure areas are clean and ready for use
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work in a marine or dockyard environment
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- Reliable, flexible and able to support at short notice when required
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
