Carpenter  Projects & Maintenance
 
We’re working with a well-established local construction business looking to add an experienced Carpenter to their team. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys project-led work but is equally comfortable supporting planned and reactive maintenance when needed.
 
You’ll be involved across a range of works, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and getting the job done properly first time.
 
The Role
  • Carrying out carpentry works across refurbishment, maintenance, and various scale projects
  • Supporting project-led works while remaining flexible to assist with maintenance tasks
  • Working to specifications, and site requirements
  • Ensuring all work meets current health & safety and fire safety standards
  • Liaising professionally with colleagues, site teams, and management
 
What We’re Looking For
  • Around 5 years’ experience as a Carpenter 
  • City & Guilds qualification and/or CSCS card in Carpentry
  • Experience within fire safety works is highly desirable
  • Strong all-round carpentry skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working across different environments
  • Driving licence and own vehicle
