Carpenter Projects & Maintenance
We’re working with a well-established local construction business looking to add an experienced Carpenter to their team. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys project-led work but is equally comfortable supporting planned and reactive maintenance when needed.
You’ll be involved across a range of works, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and getting the job done properly first time.

You’ll be involved across a range of works, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and getting the job done properly first time.
The Role
- Carrying out carpentry works across refurbishment, maintenance, and various scale projects
- Supporting project-led works while remaining flexible to assist with maintenance tasks
- Working to specifications, and site requirements
- Ensuring all work meets current health & safety and fire safety standards
- Liaising professionally with colleagues, site teams, and management
What We’re Looking For
- Around 5 years’ experience as a Carpenter
- City & Guilds qualification and/or CSCS card in Carpentry
- Experience within fire safety works is highly desirable
- Strong all-round carpentry skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working across different environments
- Driving licence and own vehicle
