Cherry Pickers

SLR Recruitment are pleased to be assisting Neway Industrial in the supply of Cherry Pickers for a busy shipyard in Tyne & Wear.
 
This is an ongoing opportunity within a fast paced marine environment, supporting the maintenance, repair, and completion of vessels currently undergoing work on site.
 
Role Overview

• Operating cherry pickers safely to support site operations
• Assisting trades and site teams with access to work areas at height
• Carrying out general labouring duties as required
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work area in line with site procedures

Essential Requirements

• Valid IPAF ticket.
• Previous cherry picker operating experience.
• Ability to work safely within a marine or industrial environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Job Details

• Rate: £18.50 per hour (CIS)
• Hours: 7:00am – 7:00pm (30 minute break)
• Paid Hours: 11.5 hours per shift
• Weekend Work: Available
• Positions Available: 5
• Duration: Ongoing, no end date
