What You’ll Do
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
- Complete PAT testing, fixed wiring inspections, emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in line with current regulations.
- Assist with the maintenance of UPS systems, generators and associated equipment.
- Complete electrical certification and maintain accurate job records.
- Work safely, following all Health & Safety procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and support other trades when required.
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Full UK driving licence.
- 2-5 years’ experience in a property maintenance environment.
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems.
- DBS check required before employment.
- PASMA, IPAF and Legionella knowledge are desirable.
- 34 days annual leave, rising to 36 days with service.
