Location: Fareham

Hours: 40 per week

Salary: £41,199

The Role:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Electrician to join our team working on void properties across the Fareham area. You’ll be carrying out a range of electrical work including full rewires, testing & inspections, and installations in kitchens, bathrooms, and wet rooms.
 
We’re after someone with a positive, can-do attitude who takes pride in their work, communicates well with tenants, and thrives as part of a team.
 
What you’ll be doing:

• Electrical test & inspection
• Domestic rewires and heating systems
• Fault finding and repairs
• Electrical installations in kitchens and bathrooms

What we’re looking for:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• 17th Edition (2382) & 2391 Testing & Inspection (essential)
• 18th Edition (desirable)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience (social housing/building maintenance preferred)
• Full driving licence
• Must pass an Enhanced DBS check

The role also includes:

• Working safely and efficiently
• Keeping tools and van tidy and in good condition
• Communicating with tenants and the team
• Being flexible and ready to support other trades if needed
