We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a busy and fast-paced environment.
This is a key role where you’ll be at the centre of day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from managing diaries and coordinating meetings to supporting key projects and stakeholder interactions.
The Role
£32k – £35k (Depending on experience)
40 hours per week

The Role
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports and meeting materials
- Handle emails, calls and correspondence, prioritising where needed
- Organise meetings, visitor bookings and stakeholder visits
- Take accurate meeting minutes and track actions through to completion
- Act as a key point of contact between leadership, teams and external stakeholders
- Support general office coordination and administrative tasks
£32k – £35k (Depending on experience)

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Level 3 Business Administration (or equivalent)
- Strong experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior admin role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience coordinating meetings, travel and events
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
