We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a busy and fast-paced environment.
This is a key role where you’ll be at the centre of day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from managing diaries and coordinating meetings to supporting key projects and stakeholder interactions.
 
The Role
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports and meeting materials
  • Handle emails, calls and correspondence, prioritising where needed
  • Organise meetings, visitor bookings and stakeholder visits
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and track actions through to completion
  • Act as a key point of contact between leadership, teams and external stakeholders
  • Support general office coordination and administrative tasks
The Role and salary:
£32k – £35k (Depending on experience)
40 hours per week


What We’re Looking For
Essential:
  • Level 3 Business Administration (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior admin role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
Experience & Skills
  • Experience coordinating meetings, travel and events
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
