Pay: £31,200
 
Hours:40 hours/week
 
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Handyperson to join our maintenance team at the University of Southampton halls of residence.
 
You’ll play a key role in fire door inspections to ensure they meet all current safety regulations. You’ll also support with everyday maintenance jobs—everything from minor repairs and unblocking drains to assisting with small installations.
 
What you’ll need:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Comfortable using tools and PDAs
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• CSCS card (preferred), full clean driving licence
