This role supports our contract with Fareham Borough Council, helping deliver maintenance and repair work to void and occupied domestic properties, including day-to-day responsive repairs.

Working as part of a team, you’ll assist with a variety of property maintenance tasks and help ensure work is completed safely, professionally and to a high standard.

- Supporting repair and maintenance work on domestic properties
- Carrying out minor groundwork and roofing tasks
- Keeping work areas clean and disposing of waste safely
- Maintaining tools, equipment and company van
- Communicating clearly with the operations team and supervisors
- Completing job information and paperwork accurately
- Providing a polite and professional service to residents at all times
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience as a Labourer or Handyperson in construction
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A practical approach to health and safety
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently when needed
- Professional and courteous when working with residents
