Marine Joiner – Adhoc Work (Marine Environment)
SLR are pleased to be supporting our marine client during their busy project periods and are currently looking to recruit a Marine Joiner local to Falmouth Shipyard to join the team on an adhoc basis.
This role is suited to an experienced and reliable joiner who can support vessel outfitting work during peak project periods.
Location: Falmouth, Cornwall
Rate: £22.00 per hour
Duration: Adhoc hours/days as required during busy project periods
Start Date: ASAP
Role Overview
As a Marine Joiner, you will support onboard vessel works within the shipyard, assisting with interior outfitting tasks including the removal and installation of panels and access-related work. Attention to detail and the ability to work safely in a marine environment are essential.

- Removing and replacing panels within vessel interiors
- Supporting general outfitting and access work onboard vessels
- Assisting with installation and finishing tasks as required
- Ensuring work areas remain clean, safe and organised
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines
- Previous outfitting, joinery or similar experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a shipyard or vessel environment
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- Reliable with good attention to detail
- Flexibility to support adhoc shifts when required
