Mobile Roofer’s Mate – Woking Area

Location: Woking (with travel to Horsham, Windsor & occasionally wider Hampshire)

Hours: 40 per week

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per year

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Roofer’s Mate to join our mobile maintenance team. You’ll support our roofers with repairs and maintenance work on domestic properties across Woking, Horsham, and Windsor. Flexibility is key, as you may occasionally need to help out on jobs in areas like Southampton, Portsmouth, or the Isle of Wight.
 
What you’ll do:

• Assist with roof inspections and repairs (flat, tiled & slate)
• Help set up safe work zones
• Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
• Keep paperwork up to date
• Maintain a positive and professional approach at all times

What we’re looking for:

• Over 2 years’ experience in a trade role (ideally in repairs)
• Comfortable working at height
• Basic knowledge of roofing and general building work
• Great timekeeping and teamwork
• Full UK driving licence
• PASMA or TETRA training is a plus
• You’ll need to pass an enhanced DBS check
