Mobile Electrical Supervisor – £45,000 + Benefits

Covering Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex & Isle of Wight

Full-time, 40 hrs/week | Permanent

A large local company is on the lookout for an experienced, hands-on Electrical Supervisor to join their mobile team. You’ll support maintenance and repairs across a range of buildings — including social housing, universities, council and office buildings — as part of their growing Hampshire Hub.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising and validating electrical work across multiple sites
• Testing, inspecting and signing off certification (NICEIC)
• Fault finding, rewiring, and electrical installations (kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems)
• Supporting and mentoring electricians, ensuring compliance with IEE regs and BS standards
• Keeping standards high, customers happy, and safety top of mind
• Taking part in our on-call rota

What You’ll Need:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection
• 18th Edition
• AM2 qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• 3+ years’ maintenance experience (supervisory experience ideal)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
