We are a company that specialises in providing professional and high-quality construction, refurbishment, building maintenance and facilities management services across the south of England.
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic multi-skilled carpenter to join our dynamic regional team. This mobile role will require cover for our contracts in Southampton, Fareham, Portsmouth & the Isle of Wight however, there may be the requirement to cover our contracts based in Wider Hampshire, Horsham, Woking & Windsor.
You’ll need to pass an Enhanced DBS check and Security Clearance.

The Role
You’ll carry out a variety of domestic and commercial carpentry and maintenance work, including:

- Fitting and repairing doors (including fire doors)
- First and second fix carpentry
- Kitchen installations and tiling (ceramic and carpet)
- Minor plumbing and decorating repairs
You’ll respond to reactive and planned maintenance jobs for local authorities, education sites, and commercial properties – from student accommodation to historic buildings.
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry (or equivalent)
- 3+ years’ experience in building maintenance
- Skilled in at least two secondary trades
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
