We are looking for an experienced Plumber Multi-Trade Operative to join our friendly and growing team. We deliver construction, refurbishment, building maintenance and facilities management services across the South of England.
This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson with strong plumbing experience and the ability to carry out additional maintenance tasks in domestic properties.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and carry out plumbing and multi-trade repairs in residential properties
- Complete bathroom installations, including tiling
- Deliver high-quality maintenance and repair work
- Respond to emergency call-outs when required
- Keep customers informed about work progress
- Maintain accurate job records and photographic evidence
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
- Work as part of the team and participate in the on-call rota
- Strong plumbing and bathroom installation experience
- Ability to diagnose and resolve repair issues efficiently
- Comfortable communicating with tenants and customers
- Confident using mobile devices/PDA systems for job updates
- Team player with a professional and courteous attitude
- NVQ Level 2-3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Competence in at least two additional trade skills
- Full UK driving licence
- DBS check required before starting
- 3+ years’ trade experience, ideally within residential repairs
- Good knowledge of residential Building Regulations
