The Role
 
We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Site Supervisor to join our Woking team. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you’ll take the lead on day-to-day reactive repairs, voids, and planned works across a busy building maintenance contract.
 
You’ll manage a team of operatives, ensuring the right jobs get done safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. From scoping kitchens and bathrooms to supervising on-site work, vehicle use, and health & safety, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-quality service.
 
What you’ll be doing:

• Manage operatives and daily maintenance jobs
• Scope and survey works (Voids, Kitchens, Bathrooms)
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on site
• Lead toolbox talks, support training, and manage inductions
• Handle performance reviews, investigations, and site incidents
• Be part of the out-of-hours escalation rota when needed

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in building maintenance (multi-trade), ideally 2+ in commercial
• NVQ or equivalent in a relevant trade
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good working knowledge of H&S, job management systems & Microsoft Office
• SSSTS and Scaffold Inspector training (desirable)
